In each season, it normally starts by weighing in the contestants to determine their initial weight, which later determine and serves as their baseline in determining the winner of the game. The contestants are grouped into two teams wearing separate colours for them to be determined which group they belong. The groups are assigned different trainers that will guide them in losing weight faster.
